Slava Francis

Slava Francis is a seasoned professional in organizational change management, currently serving as a Senior Organizational Change Management Specialist at the University of Alberta since January 2023. In this role, Slava is focused on ensuring that new change initiatives align with business objectives through enhanced adoption. Previously, Slava worked as a Change Management Advisor at the AGLC from September 2011 to January 2023, where the emphasis was on delivering change initiatives on time and within budget by fostering employee engagement. Slava also held the position of Product Marketing Coordinator at AGLC, managing marketing promotions in the gaming sector, and served as a Marketing Coordinator at Microtec Security Systems, formulating sales and marketing strategies. Slava holds a B.Comm degree in Marketing and International Business from the University of Alberta.
