Jason (Jay) Zak has a diverse range of work experience in the art and gaming industry. Jason (Jay) started their career as a Junior 3D Artist at Whatif Productions LLC in 2005, where they were responsible for 3D modeling, texturing, rigging, and animation. Jason (Jay) then worked as a Graphic Artist and Flash Animator & 3D Artist at CIDC from 2007 to 2010. In 2010, they joined ImaginEngine/Foundation 9, where they worked on art content for Nintendo Wii, DS, and handheld devices. Jason (Jay) briefly developed for Xbox Kinect as well. From 2011 to 2015, they served as a Game Artist at Hitpoint Studios, creating art content for various game projects. Currently, they are working as a Lead Artist at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, responsible for creating art content for the George W. Donaghey Emerging Analytics Center, focusing on virtual and augmented reality medical training apps, architectural apps, military training simulations, flight training simulations, archaeological apps, entertainment apps, and educational apps.

Jason Zak, also known as Jay, has a comprehensive education history. Jason (Jay) first attended Suffolk County Community College from 1996 to 1998, earning an Associate degree in Computer Graphics. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Animation and a minor in Art at the New York Institute of Technology from 1999 to 2001. Lastly, Jason attended The Art Institutes from 2002 to 2004, where they received their Bachelor's degree in Game Art & Design.
