Rachel Sullivant

Rachel Sullivant is currently serving as the Senior Associate Director of Student & Entrepreneurial Programs at the University of Arkansas and as a Learning & Organizational Development Consultant with Glassdoor. Previously, Rachel held the position of Attorney at Quattlebaum, Grooms & Tull PLLC and worked in various roles at the University of Arkansas, including Associate Director of the McMillon Innovation Studio and Director of Student Engagement. Rachel also contributed as a Sam Walton Fellow and Faculty Advisor for the Enactus team at John Brown University. Earlier experience includes serving as a Buyer and Financial Analyst at Bell Flight, where Rachel implemented a campus-wide dock to stock program. Rachel earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Arkansas School of Law, an MBA in International Business from John Brown University, and a BBA in Corporate Finance and Investments from East Tennessee State University.
