Leona Smith

Leona Smith currently serves as the Reslife Community Support Manager and Residence Allocations Team Leader at the University of Bath, a position held since August 2023. In this role, Leona provides professional support to students throughout the accommodation process and leads a team of administrative staff to enhance the student experience. Previously, Leona was the Children's Home Manager at The Esland Group Ltd from March 2023 to June 2023, and prior to that, served as Children's Service Lead and Senior Manager at The RISE Trust from January 2012 to March 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing children's centre services and other charitable provisions.
