Manuel Mazzara is a distinguished academic and professional in the field of computer science with extensive experience in software engineering and international relations. Currently serving as Dean and Full Professor at Innopolis University since January 2014, Mazzara has held multiple leadership roles, including Vice Dean for International Relations and Head of various departments and labs focused on software development. Academic contributions include guest professorships at the University of Belgrade and the Technical University of Denmark, as well as visiting researcher positions at renowned institutions such as ETH Zurich and Newcastle University.
