Erica Conway

Erica Conway has extensive experience in finance and governance, currently serving as Chief Financial Officer and Finance Director at the University of Birmingham since October 2010. In addition to leadership of a 100-member Accounting division, Erica holds several positions including Chair of the British Universities Finance Directors' Group and Local Governor at King Edward VI Balaam Wood Academy. Erica's involvement with various educational and charitable organizations includes roles such as Vice Chair and Trustee at The Schools of King Edward VI in Birmingham and Independent Member of the Audit Committee at Queen Alexandra College. Prior to these roles, Erica accumulated over 15 years of experience at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, concluding as a Director. Erica holds a BA Hons in English Language and Literature from the University of Liverpool and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (FCA).
