David Walker is an experienced academic leader with a strong background in education and technology-enhanced learning. Currently serving as Pro Vice-Chancellor for Education & Students at the University of Brighton since February 2021, David Walker provides strategic leadership to enhance student experience and educational outcomes. Previously, David Walker held key positions at the University of Sussex as Head of Technology Enhanced Learning and at Edinburgh Napier University as a Visiting Lecturer. Additionally, David Walker served as Senior Learning Technologist at the University of Dundee, contributing significantly to learning technology integration. David Walker holds a Ph.D. in Education from the University of Dundee and a Postgraduate Certificate in Higher Education Learning and Teaching from the University of Aberdeen, along with a First Class BA (Hons) in Corporate Communication from Robert Gordon University.
