Hadis Karimipour

Hadis Karimipour, Ph.D., P.Eng., SMIEEE, is an accomplished academic and engineer specializing in secure and resilient cyber-physical systems, currently serving as an Associate Professor and Canada Research Chair (Tier II) at the University of Calgary. With a robust background in smart grid security and networked engineering systems, Hadis has held various positions including Chair of IEEE Women in Engineering-K-W Section, Assistant Professor at the University of Guelph, and Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of Calgary. Prior experiences include research roles at the University of Alberta and instructional positions at Islamic Azad University. Hadis holds a Ph.D. in Power System State Estimation and Security of Smart Grids from the University of Alberta.
