Roxana Tal Herscovici

Roxana Tal Herscovici, Msc, PMP, serves as the Associate Director of IT Project Management and Investment Office at the University of Calgary since June 2022, where responsibility includes leading a $40 million portfolio with a focus on AI and digital transformation, while implementing Lean methodologies and enhancing IT governance. Previously, Roxana was the Senior Manager of Business Information Architecture & PMO at Calgary Foothills Primary Care Network from February 2019 to June 2022, achieving significant process improvements and change management in virtual health transformation. Roxana's extensive experience includes various leadership roles across Alberta Health Services, SAIT, and Bethany Care Society, with a strong background in project management, clinical documentation standardization, and finance systems, supported by a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest.
