Sepideh Afshar

Sepideh Afshar is currently engaged at the University of Calgary as a Uniboddy Ambassador and holds multiple roles as a Graduate Research and Teaching Assistant, focusing on Software Architecture, Practical Data Structures and Algorithms, and Programming Fundamentals for Data Engineers. Concurrently, Sepideh serves as a Research Intern at Userful and is an Evolve to Innovate (e2i) Fellow at Innovate Calgary. Previous professional experience includes a position as a Customer Value Analyst at MTN Irancell, a Machine Learning Engineer at Mizan Gostaran Sharif, and an Artificial Intelligence Intern at Soshyant Financial Tech Company. Sepideh is pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Computer Software Engineering at the University of Calgary, having earned a Master's degree in Information Technology from K. N. Toosi University of Technology and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Software Engineering from Imam Khomeini International University.
