Kambiz Vafai

Kambiz Vafai is a distinguished academic with extensive experience in mechanical engineering. Currently serving as a Distinguished Professor and Presidential Chair Professor at the University of California, Riverside since July 2000, Vafai has previously held the position of Professor at The Ohio State University from October 1991 to October 2001. Vafai earned a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley (1975-1980) and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota (1972-1975).
