Erin Bank serves as the Director of Research Strategy at UCSF Helen Diller Family Comprehensive Cancer Center since January 2015, providing strategic direction for cancer research and overseeing center-wide strategic planning activities. Previously, Erin held the position of Associate Director for Programs and Planning at the same institution, managing the Cancer Center Support Grant and supporting large-scale research initiatives. In addition, Erin operates as an Independent Consultant through Bank of Erin, specializing in strategic planning and grant proposal development. Erin's experience also includes roles as a writer, researcher, and editor across various esteemed organizations, contributing to scientific manuscripts and grant development. Erin holds a PhD in Pharmacology from Cornell University - Weill Medical College and a BS in Biochemistry from the University of Rochester.
