Renée Binder

Renée Binder is a Professor of Psychiatry at the UCSF School of Medicine, where tenure began in 2000. In addition to this role, Renée serves as the Associate Dean of Academic Affairs and the Training Director of the Forensic Psychiatry Fellowship. Renée has also held the position of Interim Chair of the Department of Psychiatry. Educational achievements include a Bachelor’s degree in Art History and Pre-Medical from Barnard College and a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree from the University of California, San Francisco - School of Medicine.
