Deepak Patil, PsyD (OD), is an experienced organization development consultant currently serving at the University of California Office of the President since July 2023. Previously, Deepak worked at High Performance Diversity from June 2019 to August 2023, providing consultancy in designing and delivering effective organization and leadership development interventions. Prior to that, from March 2004 to July 2015, Deepak held various leadership roles at Firstsource Ltd, including Lead in Leadership & Management Development, where Deepak evolved leadership strategies and led a team to develop customized learning solutions.
