Chloé Nemo Ramirez is currently a Junior Policy Fellow at the University of Cambridge, focusing on fair climate policies and their distributional impacts. Previously, as a Senior Analyst and Just Transition Lead at the Climate Change Committee, Chloé developed analyses to advise the UK Government on the socio-economic impacts of Net Zero and led fuel supply analysis, including fossil fuels, hydrogen, and bioenergy. Earlier roles included Analyst positions in power and industry decarbonisation for key UK reports. Chloé's educational background encompasses a Master of Public Administration specializing in Climate, Energy, and Environment from Columbia University, a Master's degree in Development Studies from The London School of Economics, and a Bachelor's degree from ISIT, complemented by a summer program at Harvard University.
