Dr. Asim Ihsan

Dr. Asim Ihsan currently serves as a Research Associate at the University of Cambridge since April 2024, with previous experience in similar roles at the University of Strathclyde from October 2023 to March 2024 and Bangor University from June 2022 to July 2023. Dr. Ihsan's research background includes work as a Research Scholar at Shanghai Jiao Tong University focused on the Internet of Vehicles (IoV) from September 2018 to June 2022, and at Xi'an Jiaotong University on Physical Layer Security (PLS) for wireless communications from September 2016 to July 2018. Prior roles include Engineering Trainee positions at SNGPL and PTCL in 2015. Dr. Ihsan holds a PhD in Information and Communication Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, a master's degree in the same field from Xi'an Jiaotong University, and a bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering from the University of Engineering & Technology Peshawar.
