Peter M Bradley

Peter M Bradley is the first-ever Director of Public Health and Medical Officer of Health for the Government of Jersey, a position held since June 2021, overseeing a comprehensive set of public health functions. Concurrently, Peter serves as an Honorary Professor at CITY UNIVERSITY and a Senior Visiting Fellow at the University of Cambridge. Prior to these roles, Peter was the Director of Health Intelligence and Chief Information Officer for Public Health England from April 2015 to June 2021, and the Director of Public Health Development at Public Health Wales from November 2011 to April 2015. Peter's academic contributions include honorary professorships at Swansea University and Cardiff University, as well as positions as Honorary Senior Lecturer at University of East Anglia and University Campus Suffolk. Peter holds multiple degrees, including a PhD in Medical Education from the University of Oslo and a Master's degree in Public Health from the University of Birmingham, among others.
