Ekant Veer

Ekant Veer is the Associate Dean of Postgraduate Research and Scholarships at the University of Canterbury. Ekant has over fifteen years of experience in academia, having worked previously as a lecturer at the University of Bath and the University of Auckland. Ekant has also worked in the private sector as a business support manager for PMP Distribution. Ekant's experience and knowledge has been invaluable to the University of Canterbury and they have played a major role in shaping the institution's postgraduate research programs.

Ekant Veer has a PhD in Marketing from The University of Auckland and a BMS (Hons) in Marketing & Operations Management from The University of Waikato. Ekant also has certification from Duolingo in Duolingo German Fluency: Beginner (Estimated) and from The University of Auckland in PhD.

Ekant Veer reports to Megan McAuliffe, Dean of Postgraduate Research.
