Tabatha Duvall

Tabatha Duvall, PCED, is an experienced professional in community and economic development, currently serving as the Assistant Director at the Center for Community and Economic Development at the University of Central Arkansas since April 2024. Prior to this role, Tabatha worked as a Program Associate in Community, Workforce, and Economic Development with the University of Arkansas System Cooperative Extension Service from January 2022 to April 2024. Tabatha's earlier experience includes serving as Communication Director for the Russellville Area Chamber of Commerce and the Arkansas Valley Alliance for Economic Development from November 2013 to January 2022, as well as roles as an Administrative Assistant at Debbie Brown, CPA PA and a Freelance Writer for ABOUT The River Valley. Tabatha's career began in public relations, including a role at Songs Unlimited, Inc., and as a Public Relations Intern at Community Connections. Tabatha earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations/Speech Communication from the University of Central Arkansas in 2010.
