Austin Nyquist

Austin Nyquist is currently the Assistant Men's Soccer Coach and Recruiting Coordinator at the University of Central Florida, a position held since January 2024. Previously, Austin served as the Assistant Men's Soccer Coach and Recruiting Coordinator at Grand Canyon University from May 2021 to December 2023, and as an Assistant Men's Soccer Coach at the University of Portland from August 2018 to May 2021. Austin founded Share The Ball in February 2016 and has contributed as a Staff Writer for Outside of the Boot. Notable roles also include Director of Performance Analysis for the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and the University of Portland, and Assistant Men's Soccer Coach at Robert Morris University. Earlier coaching experiences include Director of Coaching at Chicago Fire Soccer Club and Youth Development Coach at New York Red Bulls. Austin holds a Bachelor's degree in Religion/Religious Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
