Dr. Andrea I. Guzman

Dr. Andrea I. Guzman serves as the Primary Investigator for two Department of Education Title V Grants at the University of Central Florida since July 2021 and holds the position of Vice President for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, focusing on developing comprehensive strategies to enhance diversity and inclusion across multiple campuses. Prior to this, Dr. Guzman was the Associate Vice President for Student Outreach and Diversity at Florida Atlantic University, where efforts were aimed at fostering an inclusive campus climate and supporting student success. Additional experience includes serving as President of Advanced Leadership Strategies, LLC, and various leadership roles at Wayne County Community College District, where responsibilities encompassed academic affairs and program accreditation. Dr. Guzman holds a Doctor of Education degree in Metropolitan Education, a Master’s in Public Administration, and a Bachelor’s in American Culture, all from the University of Michigan institutions.
