Jo Anne Adams

Jo Anne Adams is an Associate Lecturer and Graduate Coordinator at the University of Central Florida, specializing in emerging media, animation, and VFX since August 2008. Adams teaches advanced visual communication theories, digital imaging, and character animation, guiding students through practical projects in visual language and 3D animation production. Prior experience includes a role as a Blue Sketch Artist and Assistant 3D Modeler at Walt Disney Feature Animation from 1989 to 2004, contributing to projects such as "The Little Mermaid." Adams holds an MFA in Digital Media from the University of Florida and a BFA in Painting from the University of New Orleans.
