Joe Thalheimer has extensive experience in emergency management, currently serving as Director of Emergency Management at the University of Central Florida since April 2012, with prior roles including Interim Director, Manager, and Coordinator in the same department. Before this, Joe worked at the Orange County Convention Center as an Assistant Security Supervisor from November 2005 to April 2012. Joe Thalheimer holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and a Graduate Certificate in Security Management, both from the University of Central Florida.
