Bruce Clements

Bruce Clements, MPH, CEM, serves as the Emergency Management Director for Williamson County since May 2024, bringing extensive experience in emergency management from previous roles, including Regional Section Chief for the Texas Division of Emergency Management and Deputy Director for FEMA's Texas Recovery Office. Clements' career spans multiple leadership positions, such as President and Chief Operating Officer at Pediatric Healthcare Connection and Health Emergency Preparedness and Response Director at the Texas Department of State Health Services. Clements holds a Master of Public Health in Environmental Health from Saint Louis University, along with a Bachelor of Business Administration and various associate degrees in business and engineering from Columbia College and the Community College of the Air Force.
