Kimberly Hardy is an accomplished higher education professional with extensive experience in administrative, academic, and consulting roles. Currently serving as the Assistant Vice Provost for UCF Connect at the University of Central Florida since August 2014, Kimberly oversees initiatives including the DirectConnect to UCF® program and manages comprehensive operations across multiple campuses and faculty. Additionally, Kimberly has been a member of the Board of Directors for the West Orange Chamber of Commerce since 2016, currently serving as the Chairperson, focusing on workforce development and partnerships in Central Florida. Prior experience includes roles as Executive Dean of Student Success and Learning Engagement at Florida State College at Jacksonville, adjunct professor at Nova Southeastern University, and various positions in research and consulting within higher education institutions. Kimberly holds a Ph.D. in Higher Education Administration from Florida State University, alongside a Master’s degree from Michigan State University and a Bachelor’s degree from Boston College.
