Nathan Fields

Nathan Fields has extensive experience in facilities operations and skilled trades training, currently serving as the Interim Warehouse Manager II and Maintenance Certification Coordinator at the University of Central Florida since June 2009. In these roles, Nathan is responsible for developing a training program for skilled trades, enhancing professional development for staff, and coordinating work schedules and packages among various stakeholders. Prior to this, Nathan worked as a Planner II and Maintenance Supervisor, managing a team of 19 professionals and overseeing maintenance for significant campus facilities. Nathan's background includes over 20 years in the US Navy as a Submarine Machinist Mate (CPO), where responsibilities encompassed supervising quality assurance inspectors and overseeing the operation and maintenance of complex mechanical systems on submarines.
