Rachael Klunder

Rachael Klunder currently serves as the Assistant Coach of Leadership & Development and Director of Operations for Women's Rowing at the University of Central Florida, a position held since July 2017, where responsibilities include training and mentoring 70 female student-athletes and recruiting prospective athletes nationally and internationally. Prior experience includes working as event staff for CFE Arena Global Spectrum, where visitor assistance and ticket processing were key duties, as well as participating as a student-athlete on the Women's Rowing Team at the University of Central Florida from 2013 to 2017, demonstrating leadership and self-discipline. Rachael Klunder also completed internships at the Golden Knights Club focused on donor relations and event support. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Management and a Master of Arts in Higher Education - Teaching & Leadership, alongside a Bachelor's Degree in Human Communication with a focus on Sport Business Management, all from the University of Central Florida.
