Andrea Manfrin, PhD, MBA, and PharmD, currently serves as a Visiting Professor at the University of Central Lancashire and as Deputy Director of Clinical Investigations and Trials at the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency. Previous roles include Faculty Director of Research & Innovation for Clinical and Biomedical Sciences at the University of Central Lancashire and Chair Professor of Pharmacy Practice at the University of Sussex. Andrea has extensive experience in pharmacy management and clinical practice, having held positions such as Senior Consultant at the Federazione Ordini Farmacisti Italiani and Clinical Pharmacist at Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust. Educational qualifications include a PhD from the University of Kent, an MBA from the University of Bradford School of Management, and a PharmD from Università degli Studi di Trieste, among others.
