Bill Hancox

Bill Hancox is currently the Assistant Director of Estates at the University of Central Lancashire, where Bill serves as the strategic lead for estate operations and development at various campuses. Prior to this, Bill held the role of Head of Estates & Facilities (North Region) at United Kingdom Research & Innovation. Bill also has extensive experience in facilities management at institutions such as Edge Hill University and Skelmersdale & Ormskirk Colleges. Bill has a background in electrical engineering and has completed various courses and degrees in the field.
