Brett McKinley

Brett McKinley is a seasoned academic and engineering professional currently serving as a Lecturer in Construction at the University of Central Lancashire since March 2023. Previously, Brett held the position of Senior Lecturer in Structural Engineering at City, University of London from 1999 to March 2023, where notable roles included Programme Director for the Construction Management MSc and Deputy Director for the Centre of Excellence in Temporary Works & Construction Method Engineering. Brett was actively involved in the development of undergraduate and postgraduate programs in civil, structural, and temporary works engineering. In addition, Brett contributed as a Senior Structural Engineer at Pell Frischmann and served as an Academic Link for the Offshore Engineering Society to enhance offshore engineering education. Brett's academic foundation was established at City, University of London.
