Paul Dean

Paul Dean is the Chief Clinical Information Officer at East Lancashire Hospitals NHS Trust. Paul is also a Consultant Anaesthesia and Critical Care Medicine, Clinical lead for Sepsis, and Clinical Director for the (major) Trauma Unit. Additionally, Paul holds various leadership roles in organizations such as the Intensive Care Society, University of Central Lancashire, The Health Foundation, Lancashire and South Cumbria Critical Care Network, North East Faculty for Pre Hospital Emergency Medicine, and Great North Air Ambulance. Paul Dean holds a MB ChB in Medicine from the University of Leeds, a PGCert in Innovation and Improvement Science from Lancaster University, and a Bachelor of Science in Medical Physics from the University of Leeds.
