Phil Hull

Phil Hull is an accomplished academic and administrative leader with extensive experience in international student services and English education. As the Director of International Student Services at the University of Central Missouri since June 2022, Hull previously served in similar roles at Northwest Missouri State University and the University of Central Missouri, focusing on international recruitment and partnerships. Hull's career in higher education includes significant positions such as Director for Study Abroad at Saint Mary's University of Minnesota and a professor of English at multiple institutions, including Emporia State University and Bethany College, where key contributions included chairing the assessment committee and managing the English department.
