Dr. Dérecco Lynch

Dr. DéRecco Lynch currently serves as the Assistant Vice Provost of Enrollment Management at the University of Cincinnati, where leadership is provided for admissions policies and operations aligned with the university's strategic direction. As a co-founder of The Excellence Factory, an initiative empowering entrepreneurs through collaboration and resource access, Dr. Lynch combines extensive experience in enrollment management from prior roles at institutions such as Brown University and Lincoln University of Missouri. A seasoned professional in higher education, Dr. Lynch has also contributed to Salesforce.org as a Senior Solutions Engineer and held various positions focused on recruitment and student engagement. Dr. Lynch holds a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership and Policy Analysis from the University of Missouri-Columbia, a Master of Arts in Leadership from Marshall University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Marshall University.
