John Pantel, MS, RDN, LD, currently serves as an Assistant Professor and Director of Clinical Education for Dietetics at the University of Cincinnati, a position held since January 2017. Previously, John worked as a Nutrition Consultant and Program Manager at the University of Toledo, where efforts focused on evidence-based nutrition practices for community wellness and healthcare staff. John has also contributed as a Clinical Dietitian Nutritionist at ProMedica Toledo Hospital and held teaching roles at Owens Community College, emphasizing nutrition education. John holds a Master of Science in Nutritional Science from the University of Michigan School of Public Health, completed a Dietetic Internship at the University of Northern Colorado, and earned a Bachelor of Science in Food and Nutrition with a concentration in Exercise Science from the University of Cincinnati.
