Shyam Raghavan

Shyam Raghavan is an experienced academic and medical professional currently serving as an Associate Professor of Pathology at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus since August 2023. Previously, Raghavan held the position of Assistant Professor of Pathology at the University of Virginia from July 2020 to August 2023. Raghavan's clinical training includes a fellowship in Dermatopathology at Stanford University School of Medicine from July 2016 to June 2020, where Raghavan also served as Chief Resident in Anatomic Pathology. Additional residency training took place in Gastrointestinal Pathology and Anatomic Pathology. Raghavan began medical residency at UCSF Medical Center in June 2012, after completing an MD at Stanford University from 2007 to 2012 and earning a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology from 2003 to 2007.
