Ed Mills is an accomplished procurement professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various notable organizations. As the Chief Procurement Officer at the University of Colorado, Mills has previously held significant positions, including Vice President of Procurement at Sierra Nevada Corporation, Procurement Director at Leidos, and Director of Enterprise Procurement & Strategic Agreements at ManTech International Corporation. Mills started the career as the Director of Contracts & Supply Chain at ATK Space Systems. Educated at the University of Rochester - Simon Business School with an MBA in Finance, Mills also attended the University of Oxford where studies focused on the European Union and British Government.
