Kimberly Silva

Kimberly Silva currently serves as a Financial Aid Officer and previously held the position of Director of Compliance at the University of Connecticut since October 2018. Prior to this, Kimberly was the Director of Compliance and Student Athlete Affairs at Temple University from March 2018 to October 2018, where valuable experience in collegiate compliance was gained, particularly in liaising with various university departments. Kimberly also worked as the Assistant Director of Compliance for Financial Aid at Appalachian State University from September 2016 to March 2018, ensuring NCAA bylaws were upheld for student-athletes. Kimberly's earlier roles include a Customer Service Associate at Voya Financial and an Athletics Compliance Intern at the University of Connecticut, where projects focused on monitoring prospective student-athletes' academic eligibility. Kimberly holds a Master of Science in Sport Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications Sciences from the University of Connecticut.
