Ted Laskaris

Ted Laskaris is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in information technology leadership across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Interim Chief Information Officer at the University of Connecticut since April 2025, Ted previously held the position of Chief Information Officer at Columbus State University and operated as a Chief Information Officer Consultant. With a strong background in consulting at Freeworld Technology, Ted has successfully guided organizations through digital transformation and information security initiatives. Prior roles include Chief Information Officer at Champlain College, where significant improvements to technology effectiveness and information security were achieved, and various leadership positions across Fidelity Investments and other financial institutions. Ted holds an MBA in Finance and Management Information Systems from Babson College and a BA in French and English from the University of Vermont.
