William A. Aloia

William A. Aloia, Jr. serves as the Assistant Director of Athletics for Compliance Services at the University of Connecticut since October 2021. Prior to this role, Aloia held the position of Associate Athletic Director for Compliance at Seton Hall University from February 2020 to October 2021, and served as the Assistant Athletic Director for NCAA Compliance and Life Skills at Manhattan College from February 2017 to February 2020. Aloia's earlier experience includes roles at The College of Saint Rose, where responsibilities included Associate Director of Athletics and Assistant Athletic Director for Compliance, as well as positions at the University of New Haven and University of Connecticut in compliance and coaching. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Education from the University of Connecticut, an M.B.A. in Sports Management from the University of New Haven, and a Graduate Certificate in Organizational Leadership and Change Management from The College of Saint Rose.
