Dr. Noel Biseko Lwoga

Dr. Noel Biseko Lwoga is a Senior Lecturer of Tourism and Heritage Management at the University of Dar es Salaam. Dr. Noel Biseko also holds positions as a Visiting Scientist at the Centre for Sustainable Tourism at Eberswalde University of Sustainable Development and as a Postdoc Fellow in Tourism at the University of Johannesburg. With a background in various roles in education and the tourism industry, Dr. Lwoga has a diverse range of experiences and expertise in their field.
