Eleanor Cappelle currently serves as a Write Place Consultant and holds the position of Resident Assistant/Neighborhood Fellow at the University of Dayton, fostering community development and assisting students in their transition to college life. As a Teaching Assistant Core Fellow, Eleanor tutors first-year students in rigorous interdisciplinary courses. Additionally, Eleanor is a Dayton Civic Scholar at the Fitz Center for Leadership in Community, engaging with local leaders to address urban issues. Eleanor also directs activities for the Orpheus Art & Literary Magazine and has interned with the Dayton Literary Peace Prize Foundation. Previous experience includes teaching at Primrose Schools and serving as an Inclusion Aid with the Gurnee Park District. Eleanor is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and English at the University of Dayton while also studying at the University of Oxford.
