Emily Parker

Emily Parker, M.A., is a dedicated professional currently serving as the Assistant Director of Recruitment and Admission at the University of Dayton, following a role as a Graduate Assistant in the Military and Veterans Programs and Services Office where Emily focused on supporting military-affiliated students. Emily has demonstrated leadership as the President of Zeta Tau Alpha Fraternity and as Co-Chair of the Mental Health Committee in the University of Dayton Student Government Association, earning multiple awards for outstanding committee work. Emily's commitment to diversity and inclusion is evident through various roles, including Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Chair at Zeta Tau Alpha, and participation in support groups like the CHOSEN Adoptee Support Group. Additional experiences include participation in the Disney College Program and a role as a Barista Trainer at Starbucks, showcasing a strong background in customer service and event coordination. Currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Health Communication and Public Relations, Emily holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication Management and Psychology from the University of Dayton.
