Luisa Ruge-Jones, PhD, is an accomplished academic and researcher currently serving as Co-Principal Investigator at the University of Dayton, where collaborative projects focus on enhancing multi-institutional research efforts among minority-serving institutions. In addition to this role, Luisa acts as a Dialogue Facilitator, fostering discussions of diverse perspectives, and teaches courses in Organizational Communication, Small Group Communication, and Conflict Management. Previous experience includes instructing at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and serving as a Research Assistant and Program Coordinator. Luisa holds a PhD in Organizational Communication, supplemented by a Master's degree from the same institution and a Bachelor's degree from Trinity University.
