Paul Dagnall

Paul Dagnall has a diverse range of work experience in the field of education and technology. Paul has held various roles at the University of Dayton, including Associate Director of Online Programs & Instructional Design, Assistant Director of Learning Innovation & Engagement, Instructional Design & Media Team Lead, Instructional Designer, E-Learning Specialist, and Application Developer & Administrator. Paul'sresponsibilities have included course development and design, distance learning, flipped classrooms, online learning, education technology, software development, maintenance and administration of the university's learning management system, and strategic planning. Prior to their time at the University of Dayton, Paul worked as a Software Engineer at Ontario Systems where they focused on financial software development and maintenance programming using various programming languages such as Intersystems Caché Object Script, Visual Basic, C#, and Java.

Paul Dagnall earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science and Business Administration (Management) from Mount Vernon Nazarene University, where they attended from 2000 to 2004. Later, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Educational/Instructional Technology at the University of Dayton from 2009 to 2012.
