Dhanashree Mahadik

Dhanashree Mahadik is a graduate student at the University of Delaware with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors. Prior to this role, Dhanashree served as a Senior Scientist at Adaptimmune, where responsibilities included pre-formulation characterization and dosage form development for various injectable products. Previous positions at Frontage Laboratories involved managing multiple formulation projects and authoring technical documents, with a focus on formulation development for parenteral and other drug delivery forms. Dhanashree's earlier experience includes research roles at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine and the University of Pennsylvania, contributing to studies on Influenza A infections and decision-making patterns in cardiac surgery, respectively. Dhanashree holds a Master’s Degree in Biotechnology from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Technology in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the Institute of Chemical Technology.
