Heather Kelly

Heather Kelly serves as the Senior Director of Institutional Research & Data Science at the University of Delaware since June 2009. Previously held roles include Director of Institutional Research and leadership positions at the Association for Institutional Research, including Immediate Past President, President, and Vice President from June 2019 to June 2022. Heather Kelly obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Geology from Smith College and a Master of Education in Higher Education Administration from the University of Pennsylvania. Additionally, Heather earned a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration and an MBA from the University of Delaware, alongside various certifications in Analytics and Project Management from the same institution. Participation in the HERS Institute and Sea Education Association has further contributed to professional development.
