Jon Knowles

Jon Knowles currently serves as the Assistant Director of Development for Alumni & External Relations at the University of Delaware, a position held since January 2024. Previously, Jon held the role of Director of Operations at HEADstrong Foundation from May 2022 to September 2023. Prior to that, Jon was the Head Men’s Lacrosse Coach and Athletic Facility Supervisor at Marywood University, where recognition as the 2022 Atlantic East Conference Coach of the Year was achieved. Jon's career began in the United States Marine Corps, where extensive training and deployment experience were gained, earning multiple military distinctions. Additional experience includes working as a Personal Trainer with ACE Fitness for over eight years. Jon holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Empire State University.
