Madelyn Mickle

Madelyn Mickle, MBA, currently serves as the College HR Director at the University of Delaware since May 2016, overseeing recruitment, benefits and compensation administration, employee relations, and performance management. Prior to this role, Madelyn was a lecturer at Neumann University from May 2016 to July 2019 and an adjunct faculty member and HR Manager at Cecil College from January 2008 to May 2016. Madelyn began their HR career as an HR Consultant at Coventry Health Care from November 2003 to January 2008. Academically, Madelyn earned an MBA in Human Resources from Strayer University-Maryland and a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources from Wilmington University.
