Anita Boettcher

Anita Boettcher currently serves as the Director of Finance & Operations at the University of Denver since December 2018, following a role as Senior Budget & Financial Analyst at the City & County of Broomfield from March 2015 to September 2018. Anita has extensive experience in financial consulting, having worked as a Senior Employee Benefits Consultant at Hays Companies from February 2009 to April 2013 and as Principal at Mercer from November 1991 to January 2002, where promotion was achieved through multiple levels from Analyst to Principal. Additionally, Anita gained experience as a Benefits Underwriter at Great-West Life from July 1989 to November 1991. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from the University of Colorado Boulder – Leeds School of Business and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Denver.
