Jennifer Gross

Jennifer Gross is a seasoned professional in college admissions with over 30 years of experience. Currently serving as the Senior Associate Director of Admission and Midwestern Regional Director at the University of Denver since 1999, Jennifer oversees recruitment efforts in Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Iowa, and Missouri, contributing to 17% of the incoming freshman class. Prior roles include Associate Director of Admission at Bradley University, managing student admissions in the Chicago area, and similar positions at Simpson College and Wartburg College, where Jennifer developed recruitment strategies and managed marketing efforts. A graduate of Coe College with a Bachelor’s degree in Art, Jennifer has consistently exceeded enrollment goals and enhanced diversity within student populations.
